Für die Klimaschutzziele von Paris müssen die weltweiten Treibhausgasemissionen massiv gesenkt werden. Unsere Klimaschutzprojekte sparen nicht nur CO₂, sondern fördern auch nachhaltige Entwicklung durch Technologietransfer und Armutsbekämpfung.

Unser Projekteteam entwickelt eigene Klimaschutzprojekte und maßgeschneiderte Konzepte sowie grüne Energielösungen für nationale und internationale große Unternehmenskunden. So schaffen wir Mehrwerte für den Klimaschutz und unsere Kunden.

Projektmanager / Teamleiter Klimaschutzprojekte (d/m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben

Projektmanagement

Sie übernehmen Konzeption und Planung von technischen Projekten und verantworten selbst die technische Durchführung (Bauschritte und -aktivitäten vorantreiben, Ziele und Maßnahmen vorgeben, nicht nur Kontrolle von Dienstleistern).
Schwerpunkte in den verschiedenen atmosfair-Teams:
- Globaler Süden: Ausbau der Erneuerbaren Energien, z.B. durch ländliche Elektrifizierung.
- Direct Air Capture: Entwicklung und Bau von DAC Pilotanlagen.
Ein- bis zweimal jährlich sind Sie in Ihren Projekten für bis zu ca. 10 Tage vor Ort, kontrollieren den Fortschritt und bauen Kontakte und Netzwerke aus.
Sie gestalten und verhandeln eigenständig Verträge mit den Partnern vor Ort und überwachen die wirtschaftliche und aus Umweltsicht erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
Sie stellen verantwortlich sicher, dass die (CO₂-) Zertifizierung (z.B. CDM und Gold Standard oder Nachfolgemechanismen) und Implementierungsziele erreicht, sowie Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben eingehalten werden.
Sie übernehmen Querschnittsaufgaben für alle Klimaschutzprojekte.

Großkundenbetreuung

Für Ihr Klimaschutzprojekt betreuen Sie Großkunden als Key Account Manager.
Sie verantworten die Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen großer Kunden und stehen hier im direkten Kontakt zu Kunden und Vertriebsteam.
Sie bereiten Materialien und Gespräche mit Großkunden vor und nehmen an diesen aktiv teil.

Teamleitungsaufgaben (optional)

Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung eines Teams im Bereich Klimaschutzprojekte (3-5 Mitarbeiter) und sind für die Erreichung der mit diesem Team vereinbarten Ziele verantwortlich.
Ihnen obliegt die fachliche Steuerung, Leitung und Kontrolle der Teammitglieder, sowie die verantwortliche Qualitätssicherung der Arbeitsergebnisse.

Ihr Profil

einen überdurchschnittlichen Studienabschluss im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Technischer Umweltschutz oder Naturwissenschaften,
mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit praktischem, technischen Bezug,
Hands-on-Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken,
Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise,
Fachkenntnisse und Engagement im Bereich Umwelt/Klimaschutz,
verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

Project Manager / Team leader carbon offset projects (d/f/m)

Your mission

Project Management

You are responsible for the conception and planning of technical projects in the global south, e.g. in the field of renewable energies, and you are responsible for the technical implementation (advancing construction steps and activities, developing and monitoring goals and measures).
Focus areas in the different atmosfair teams:
- Global South: Expansion of renewable energies, e.g. through rural electrification.
- E-Kerosene / E-Gas: After the first successful plant in Werlte, planning of follow-up plants in Germany, Asia, Africa and South America.
- Direct Air Capture: Development and construction of DAC pilot plants.
Once or twice a year you are on site in your projects for up to approx. 10 days, monitoring progress and developing contacts and networks.
You independently draft and negotiate contracts with local partners and monitor the economic and environmentally successful implementation.
You are responsible for ensuring that CO₂ certification (CDM and Gold Standard or successor mechanisms) and implementation targets are achieved, and that time and budget targets are met.
You take on cross-sectional tasks for all climate protection projects.

Key account management

For your climate protection project, you look after major customers as a key account manager.
You are responsible for participating in tenders of major customers and are in direct contact with customers and the sales team here.
You prepare materials and discussions with key accounts for the sales department and actively participate in these.

Team management tasks (optional)

You assume responsibility for a team in the area of climate protection projects (3-5 employees) and are responsible for achieving the goals agreed with this team.
You are responsible for the technical management, leadership and control of the team members as well as the responsible quality assurance of the work results.

Your profile

An above-average degree in engineering, technical environmental protection or natural sciences,
At least 2 years of relevant work experience with practical, technical relevance,
Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking,
Self-initiative, independent working style,
Expertise and commitment in the field of environmental/climate protection,
Business fluent knowledge of German and English.
